The civil service is the government department staff, whose general dress, and appearance are mainly simple, austerity, solemn. Of course, there are some people dressing good with personality style.  However, to participate in the interview, candidates had better wear the safer clothes, winning the same feeling of majority examiners.

公务员是政府部门人员，一般衣着、仪表都以简单、朴素、庄重为主，当然，也不排除有个性特点有好看顺眼的，但是，参加面试的考生最好以安全系数较大的衣着为主，可以博得大多数考官的同感。

Maile: mainly are dressed in a concise, generous, dignified 

男考生。以简洁、大方、庄重为主。

Female: female can dress in several ways, but mainly are dressed in Simple and generous, concise and youth.

女考生。女孩子的着装种类比较繁多，但总体上把握以纯朴大方、简洁青春为主。

Self-control is the sublimation product of knowledge and experience in literal. Generally, a self-cultivate person is better in self-restraint. Self-restraint is hard to express by language and objective things, but the comprehensive impression, which is the so called "temperament". It can reflect from the manners, speech, and self-confidence.

涵养，字面上理解应该是知识与阅历升华的产物，一般修养好的人涵养也比较好。涵养比较难用语言和客观事物来表示，更多的是给人的综合印象，也就是常说的“气质”。可以从举止、言语、自信上得以体现。

The whole process of the interview is short, which is not easy to see many details on etiquette. There are mainly several key points to be noticed. First is come into and out of the examination room. Especially into the examination room, because the general examiners have scored and usually would not change when you go out of the examination room. But you also should pay attention. When coming into the examination room, you had better quietly open and close the door. If you carry things in the hand, such as, bag and umbrella, you should left them beside the door, should not put them on your chair or your beside ground. Second is to communicate with the examiner. To solve the door and things problem in a very short minute, then go to the table bow to the examiner saying hello all the examiners, and then say nothing. After it, stand up straight, visual the examiner with smile. At that time, the examiner will ask you to sit down. It will be good for you to sit down saying thank you.

面试整个过程时间短，可以看出礼节的细节也不多，主要有以下几个关键的地方。一是进出考场。特别是进考场，因为出考场时一般考官分数都打好了，不会更改， 但也要注意。进考场时，一般要开门、关门，动作、声音要轻，进来后手中如果有物品，如包，伞等，最好放在门旁边，不要放在自己椅子上或旁边的地上。二是与 主考官对话。用很短的时间解决了关门、放东西，然后走到桌子旁，给考官鞠个躬，同时说句“各位考官好”，其余的话不要多说，然后站直，面带微笑目视主考 官。这时候主考官会对你说，“请坐”，你说声谢谢即可坐下。
