我经常去的是在21:30，因为我的父母逼我睡觉。他们告诉我一个良好的作息制度，可以让我有一个好的身体。去睡觉之前，我通常喝一杯牛奶。晚上我始终有一个良好的睡眠。我常常在6:00起床。虽然起得非常早，但是我并不觉得累。我可以在家里吃早餐，不必匆匆忙忙。我经常在课堂上很有精神，但我的一些同学有时会在课堂上睡觉。也许是因为他们的睡眠不足。因此我们要养成一个早睡早起的好习惯。

I often go to be at 21:00, because my parents force me to sleep. They tell me that a good rest can bring me a good body. Before go to sleep, I usually drink a cup of milk. I always have a good sleep at night. I often get up at 6:00.Although   It's very early, but I don't feel tired. I can eat the breakfast at home and do not need to hurry.
